First off let me say that the service was excellent the rooms were clean and parking was simple and plentiful. This is our second visit here but the first time was just overnight this time however We are waiting for our house to close (were Locals!) chose this hotel for a three day stay this time and we did encounter a few small issues. I think a hotel such as this should have flawless internet and tv service...It should be super simple to log into your net and it wasn’t and I think room 221 needs a new tv it’s far to dark...otherwise thank you for the excellent service I will always recommend you....thanks
Nice location, real clean & friendly staff
Went swiming
We stayed at this location last year & it became one of our favorites but this time around its changed. Communication & authenticity needs work. We called ahead to make sure we knew about any pet fees, deposits, etc. We were told that there was no pet fee up to 2 pets & that it was only a $50 hold. After arriving and checking in, $120 hold got pulled & they say there is pet fees we need to pay. Manager comes out and apologizes but says there’s nothing that can be done and this is a “normal” thing that happens. If it’s a normal thing that happens then that should be communicated not something different. After a 13 hour drive & choosing a stay based on false information given over the phone... Won’t be coming back to this location.
Close to food and shopping. The hotel itself was wonderful. Pool is open for 6 people at a time. We went alone but will be going back sometime with the kiddos.
