No in room coffee maker, long walk to access

Such an amazingly beautiful place! If it wasn't for a few mishaps it would have gotten 5 stars. The room was not a clean as is hoped but it was not dirty . Just some dirty on the carpet and glitter in the bathroom. I was quoted a lower price also. That was another thing I'll let side. OutnThe one thing that really irritated me was after giving well over 3hrs closer to 5hrs to tidy up the room, bed and towels. Well we got back and nothing was done at all. So I called to the front and let them know the said they'd have Someone would shortly. get the towels and garbage, 5hrs later it was done. Other than that it was a very nice stay, Jessica at the front desk is very nice.

I stayed once in 2018 and was so impressed, I decided to book again for an upcoming weekend trip. This hotel is rustic, beautiful and comfortable. There was an issue with my rewards program, so I had to call this location directly. I had the great pleasure of speaking with Stephen, who approached my reservation questions and issues with the utmost professionalism, knowledge and care. He was simply amazing and an impeccable representative of the integrity and high standards of Red Lion, a company which has been serving customers with legendary service for over a century. If I were the owner of this location, I would be so happy to have someone like Stephen on my team. Please pass on my sincere thanks.

The place is a little hard to find but it has a dynamic view of the state capitol and the water surrounding it. It's located right at the college so there are some pretty cool old buildings. The staff are very friendly but the rooms could have used a better cleaning overall it would be a good place for family or business stays.

Beautiful spot, good food. I tried to check in early and they had to upgrade my room complimentary to make it happen.ud83dudc4dnnThere is a tent city down the hill from the hotel, so there was foot traffic behind the hotel in and out of the back of the rooms. What can you do.ud83eudd37nnPretty though. I enjoyed my stay a lot.
