Wonderful, clean facility, and staff that goes above and beyond to help you out! Every single time we came in or left someone always greeted us. We got a fabulous recommendation for dinner and the employees seemed to know the area very well. I would definitely stay here again on our way through the Olympia area.
Nice rooms and staff is good so far. First night review. Second night I asked if I could get a new key card and said specifically that I wanted no one else could enter my room and yet they did not and I had someone try to get in my room anyway.
There was hair in our sink. There was a bowl full of dirty dishwasher water that made all the cups/bowls/plates reek a horrible stench. There were little hairs all on the desk. Lots of big stains on the couch. AND they ran out of toilet paper BEFORE we checked in but didn't tell us until we finished our 1/3 toilet paper we were given.nEspecially during the pandemic, I did not enjoy my experience at all.

Awful! Im here in Olympia for a covid first responder assignment, I received the discount for the first two weeks, however they are charging me full price after i ask to extend my stay due to my job was extended. Never have i have had this to occurs in all of my years of traveling. Not to mention the manager barged into my room announce , didnt apologize, and it seems i got the ragediest room ever! I have been a Marriott Bonvoy member for years. And never heard of anything like this!
