Definitely not open even though you told the last guy it is. I just drove over there, no signs up, everything inside packaged up. No one there. Did you move locations?
This business does not seem to be open at this location. There is no sign outside and no ID on the door. No hours posted and no alternative location mentioned.

Great service at Top Tier Bikes! I stopped in yesterday needing new brake pads. While they didn't have the exact replacement, I was given some no cost as they couldn't be guaranteed to work on my bike that I didn't have with me. Was told if they didn't work I could come back in and order them to be in by the next day. Pads ended up fitting and work great! Thank you, I will be coming back to Top Tier Bikes for all needs in the future!
Great service at Top Tier Bikes. Came in looking for a specialty fastener for my Scott Genius. Sam had a few in his shop and gave it to me for free! I searched high and low for this fastener on the internet and in other hardware stores and couldn’t find it anywhere. I also had Sam tune up my Specialized Diverge and it’s working flawless after a basic tune. The brakes previously were sloppy and other shops told me there was nothing they could do. After the tune up they are nice and smooth, improved braking quality as well.
