Sad Hilton property. Beat up rooms. Low quality bedding. Seen better days. Drawer handle off. Microwave smells like burned popcorn. The shower head is missing the middle. The faucet is moldy. And the USB charging outlets don't work.
What I expected. Fair price for a place to sleep. Mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room. Quiet, close to freeway. Clean and everything worked. Leaky ice machine near lobby but maintenance was on it immediately. Grab & Go breakfast a little on the lean side but for the room rate not much was expected. Fair rate for what was experienced.
Very clean especially in the time of covid so that made us happy. They were very helpful when we forgot something like toothpaste. Nice people at the front desk
Writing this to just say how awesome the staff member Desiree was. She welcomed us with open arms and helped suggest awesome places to visit. Always had uplifting energy each time we saw her. Not a 5-Star hotel but Desiree made it one.
Perfect place to stay to access Denver, boulder, and other close cities. I checked in with Mona and she was soooo helpful and welcoming. Helped with an early check in and got me a quiet room because she could tell I needed the rest. I WILL be back next time I’m in this area. Also great work with sanitation during COVID!
