You never know with Bike shops these days how you are going to be treated. Lots of egos flying around. I have to say that this shop was amazing. I walked up and they had great COVID protocols in place. Everyone was super friendly. They got me in right away and took care of my repair in 15 minutes. They washed my bike and even took my old tires out an washed the old sealant out of them. I was impressed and will be back. I have visited several bike shops in the area (being new to the area) and have not felt welcomed at any until I visited this shop. SO Thank you Louisville Cyclery. I will be a loyal customer moving forward.
My bike was having shifting issues and I thought I’d need new cables and tube up. Service took a quick look at it, made some adjustments, and had me out of the door and on my way. Appreciate the honesty! Thank you so much!
Bought a new bike today. Test rode quite a few that they had in stock. With their input I ordered a differed size. So happy I did. They were very helpful. Will be returning!
