I had to clean the room almost every single day but that's ok I guess. Most of the staff was accommodating to my family I mean even after the one front desk member was rude to my husband and canceled his reservation. And at one point the fire alarm went off at like 6am and the maintenance man had no sense of urgency and was quite rude to the sweet elderly lady(who had recently lost her house to a fire) when she said she smelled smoke.nI got bit by a brown recluse spider and had something stolen from me. I'm not sure if it was an employee or a guest. ud83dude44nBut, the room was nice and I loved our room.

While the room was comfortable and clean, upon checking out and arriving home (5 hours later) I realized I left my new birthday dress with the tags still on it in the room's closet. Called the hotel but housekeeping said it wasn't found but they would keep looking. Five days later, nope. Nobody has seen my dress. I know for a fact it was left there because I hung it up in the closet and forgot to take it out when we left. ud83dude15 I cannot endorse a company whose employees are dishonest and would steal from their guests. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. No more Homewood Suites or Hilton's for our family.

Accommodations were fine, but our bed sheets had hair all over them. The sheets smelled clean, but there was noticeable human hair all over. We were too exhausted by the time we went to bed to call for an exchange. So, yes, we slept in them anyway! Argh. Our guess is that their dryer is not filtering out as it should.

Front desk staff felt bothered for asking for new towels and amenities. Only guests that stay 7 days get housekeeping. Other nearby hotels are better

My hiking group and I loved the suites!nnI got 2 suites (11 people). And originally they said they couldn't put the rooms next to each other. But bynthe time we got there they had found a way to get us two rooms next to each other, which I really appreciated. Michael checked us in and gave us extra towelswhen he saw us at the pool. It's so refreshing to see a worker who is this positive and hard working.
