Older hotel. Should be less per night. However I am grateful. Staff is what keeps this place alive. Achara, she cares about her customers. She deserves the highest review. I don't know how to rate this place. Staff, 5 out of 5. Hotel itself,..... It is older, it is a roof over your head.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! It is not safe. Not cleaned. Not worth 100 a night. When I booked I thought I was booking a nice place because of the pictures they have online. Those pictures are fake. They dont look anything like the advertising. Poor front desk guy should look for a different place to work. I would be ashame to work in a place like that. There were 4 other couples cancelling they reservations because they found bed bugs in their rooms. I felt bad for the guy in the front desk but I didn't when I cancelled. Definitely look for a different place to stay. Rooms are falling apart. They need to remodel or otherwise close down. The pandemic is not an excuse to provide such services so awfully unsanitary. Boulder is a great city but with experiences like this one.it makes it not worth to come back. I am glad I got my money back because I fought over the phone with the people I booked with. The front desk guy does not help you when you want to cancel. So if you book online have in mind that when cancelling you have to do it online as well. For 2 nights I paid $230. So happy I got the money back. Do what I am saying, this is not a good place to stay if you are paying 100+ per night.

The service was great and seemed clean. The hot water broke on our floor but they accommodated us. Should suggest because its super close to everything and affordable!

Modern rustic is how I’d describe it, was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful while we were at the hotel. Desk gentleman was very nice. It felt like walking back into the 60s, which isn’t necessarily bad. Though Many things have not changed there since the 60s. Hotel is in disrepair in many areas, only one elevator works, door leads to a boarded up area that could be a balcony. And the hot water only lasts about 3 minutes if you get up past 6am. . No fan in the BR (hate that) Trees block what could be a spectacular view. Broken lamp and patio table included in the accommodations. When on the balcony, your neighbors are right there because of the low railing, did make new friends. The nearby stream is cool with people swimming and the homeless people were friendly but smelled bad. Safeway next door has a Starbucks and there is a great local smoothie place across the road from there! Finally, left my favorite ear bods in the room, Knew exactly were they were and offered to pay postage, called the hotel only 2 hours after leaving the room and they were no where to be found.. Really miss those. Might have stayed there again if it weren’t for the ear bud caper.
