Please stay here. From the moment I called to make reservations, it was stellar. I got the front desk, bot some generic reservations line. The staff is knowledgeable, responsible, and old school hospitable. The facilities are cozy, clean, and really perfect. The location is also awesome. So close to Pearl street, and only an hour from Estes National Park and various hot Springs. Do experience BOTH when you're in Boulder.

Stayed here for a week while waiting for household goods to arrive from a move. The property is nice and clean. Staff is friendly and attentive. Location is great, lots of parks, restaurants and breweries within a mile walk. I'd stay here again.
Amazing! Loved everything about it. The rooms are like studio and loft apartments, complete with a full kitchen and a little living room area, too. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful as well. Would stay here any day.
Nice suite with full kitchen! The full sized fridge was great in keeping our food cold. Friendly customer service. Comfortable room, very clean. We bring Lysol wipes with us to hotels and wipe down all the surfaces and things we touch like the remote and light switches. The wipes we used were not dirty after we wiped surfaces etc... Complaints: narrow walk way with three steps and railings on either side of the steps up to our room making it difficult to get our bags in, not handicapped friendly. Not enough benches or seating areas out side and unfortunately we had one of the lower rooms and had ants in both the bathroom and kitchen. No liquid dish soap or hand soap in the kitchen. Also upon arrival, the bathroom trash had not been changed from the last resident.
