Perfect place if you enjoy dirty hotel rooms & never getting to contacted by a manager about it after asking the front desk why I hadn't heard back once while still there and calling a few days after I had left! Have plenty of photos of proof from hand print marks on the bathroom glass door, to soap scum stuck to the shower, stuff left in the fridge from other guests, hair on the towels.... hate being that person, but come on.
Decent room and friendly staff. There is literally no soundproofing. We heard the people above us and both sides. I mean very well. The train is so loud all night long. And, the pillows are pathetic. Staff was good though.nRates should be less considering that damn train.
I highly recommend this hotel to EVERYONE! It’s where I put my parents when they visit, important company people when they fly out, and always book their meeting space for all large company meetings. This last reservation was in the middle of Covid, I was hoping it would be the same quality and it was even better, if that’s even possible! The Director of Sales, Elise, went up and beyond the call of duty to accommodate a very important meeting and multiple rooms for our guests in town. Rory was also incredibly helpful! The hotel’s rooms and meeting space are not only high quality but their prices are unmatched!
Upside: Conveniently located on Pearl Street, friendly accommodating staff, place appears clean and taken care of. Rooms decent.nDownside: Was informed that there have been some vehicle break-ins in parking garage. We parked across street from entrance which is acceptable.nComments: Would stay here again
Nice place and conveniently located. Rates vary widely depending on dates. Rooms are clean and nice. Sack breakfast is not bad: cereal, fruit, granola...
