These guys were incredible. I'm in town riding just for the weekend and broke a pedal off in my crank arm. The two gentlemen working fixed my bike in 15 minutes and suggested a couple of trails to ride. Great shop, will definitely be back anytime I am in Boulder.
Don’t waste your time. I went in ready to buy a bike with money in my pocket and all the guys at the shop acted like I was a nuisance. The guy who “helped” me was super annoyed from the moment I walked in (had to nearly beg him to help me) and did absolutely nothing unless I specifically asked for it. Really hoping it wasn’t one of those “because I’m a woman” or “she doesn’t look the part” type of situations. I ended up going to Full Cycle and getting exactly what I needed with a smile and they’ve been awesome ever since.
Fantastic bike shop with awesome and helpful staff. Were able to put a fork on my EMTB in just a couple hours and on short notice.nnThanks so much guys!
Great place, helped me fix something dumb I was doing on the fly and then charged me a reasonable price for some more major work upon my second visit. Staff was very helpful and accessible.
Got a bike off Craigslist and got a flat. Came here to get it fixed, but the servicer didn't see the cause. A few days later it was back. I came in again and had it checked out more thoroughly, and it turned out I needed better tires to protect my tubes from the goat heads around South Boulder. I was also given a discount to make up for the first time around, which made things right. Thanks guys!
