Great products and even better staff. My new road bike is a dream and the sales and tech team at Trek Boulder are knowledgeable, professional, and engaging. I always enjoy going into the store--it has a very good vibe.
Once again, quick turnaround and excellent service. Brenton advised me to upgrade the hub, and was gracious when I declined. My mistake--the issue was not resolved, and I brought it back in fully admitting my mistake. They took it back in, fixed the issue quickly and did not charge for the additional labor! It's great to have a trusted advisor.
Great crew here w/ baller mechanics. Perks: (1) they remember first names, (2) they give dogs treats in the store, (3) they show concern for the local community with how they operate during the pandemic. Consider them if you're looking for a superb shop.
