I was very favorably impressed by the staff working at U cycles. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and super nice. My daughter bought an entry level mountain bike for a very fair price. They explained everything that she would need to know about the bike and taking care of it. We had a great experience with them!
I've been to University a few times over the last couple of months. Every time, the staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful. From the sales staff to the service team, everyone was willing to give me a few extra minutes to make sure I got exactly what I needed, and was incredibly patient with problem solving. Can't recommend enough.
Couldn't be more happy. Have gone to U bikes with two mess ups mechanical wise that I did to my gravel bike. Both times I had Tom greet me once I walked into the service section. Was able to resolve the issue within a few minutes and provide a solution. I honestly thought it would take a week or so and costing near $75-100. A simple screw and I was good to go. Highly recommend this place and I'll be back for sure for anything bike related.
Great experience even during these Covid times...I was fixing a flat with my son on the side of their building when a dude came up to us and asked if we needed any help. Come to find out that it was the owner Doug who not only took over fixing the wheel but gave us some great pointers for the next time. Cool dude that Doug!
Actually went there about 5 years ago for rental - bit Late of a review, sorry - the guys were great. Great Mtb ride and lovely trail advice. And I didn’t get eaten by mountain lion. Hope you are all faring ok through C19.
