Literally the best bike shop I’ve dealt with. I wanted to upgrade my rear shock due to damaging a very new one on a very new bike. Every shop I spoke with gave me the standard blasé shop attitude and told me not to expect anything for about 2 months. I found Dirt Merchant on Pinkbike and got in touch with Ethan over Instagram. It literally seemed too good to be true. But two days later my brand new Fox Float X2 showed up at my door. They even installed the mounting hardware without me asking and responded to follow up questions quickly. I HIGHLY recommend working with them. I had an interesting experience looking to buy a rare brake adapter from Dirt Merchant through Pinkbike. From their response, I understood that they could only sell the adapter with the complete brake set, then they told me I should have bought my brakes from them!
