These Guys have worked on 20 year Mtn bike shocks and brand new gravel grinders, carbon roadies all with speed and skill. Never have have I felt overcharged or upsold. Great shop and vibe. Solid record.

Still surprised at the level of customer service I received popping into this bike shop on a busy Saturday morning: A+++. I'm just a recreational cyclist but they went over the top to help me resolve an issue with my 12-year old Orbea (purchased from another shop) and get me set up on a loaner bike, all on a Saturday. And Jim really gets long-legged people and our struggle for a good bike fit. Sure wish I'd found him when I started cycling 12 years ago. And the pricing for Jim's bike fit was beyond reasonable. I had a medical bike fit several years ago that was completely ineffective compared to Jim's bike fit and that one was triple the price.
I go to Mike at LTD Cycleworx for advice on parts and upgrades as well as service work for all of my bikes (mountain, road, and 'cross). Mike gets it right the first time and is super easy to deal with because of his knowledge of bikes and experience as a mechanic. I highly recommend Cycleworx as a local shop with exceptional customer service and local knowledge.
Great people! They helped me out with a service in a pinch. And treated me really well.
