Community cycles is great!nnHad an awesome experience there, Joey and Collin both helped me sort out my situation and get me the parts I needed at an awesome price.nnCan't recommend enough.

Called in ahead of time to ask if they were doing community workshops again, as I needed help replacing an inner tube. Was told that they would be more than happy to help replace the tube so I pushed my bike across the entirety of Boulder just to be told “Uhhh I can sell you the tube that’s about it.” Upon pushing my bike back home across town I found that the valve on the tube I had just purchased was bent and would not take air. Do not plan on returning.

I went to Community Cycles to find an affordable bike. I know nothing about bikes or what would be best for me. The staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and friendly! I left with the perfect (and affordable!) bike and even some knowledge of how to care for my new bike. I cannot praise this place enough and how great the staff is!nI highly recommend Community Cycles for anyone that needs affordable parts, a new to you bike, and especially for people like buying their first bike and have no idea what they want/need.

Just went there for the first time. Found what I was looking for an older MtB part. Shop is well advertised by other local bicycle stores in Boulder, too. Prices are great.

I bought a bike a year ago in which I felt pleased with the purchase, but it was time to replace my back tire and when I went to change it, I found that the casing for the gears was broken and two ball bearings inside were missing. I am not sure if that's dangerous, but the bike was $475 and should have been marked $275 max for this. Either they did not do a good check on the bike, or did and left it there and sold it in a condition that was in minimal operation. Do a full check on your bike as well, because my friend bought a bike that started falling apart after only a month of use as well. Will not recommend in the future.
