I must say I am extremely pleased with Excel Sports! I ordered a bike at a phenomenal price and unfortunately there was an issue or two. Thankfully, they apologized and were quick to fix the problem. Everyone that I’ve spoken to was extremely polite and professional. They have likely earned a customer for life! Thank you all for the wonderful experience!

All the way from Houston TeXas found excel sports online and decided to order bike from them it was fast efficient shipment right on my door! Customer service is awesome with my guy Drew who is very helpful and knowledgeable! Apart from that excellent price! Can’t beat the price they offer. Excel Sports will be my go to bike shop from now on.
Never ordering from Excel again.nnI placed an order for a rack, paid for 2nd Day Air shipping. My card was charged. I kept checking up the the order and all it said was 'shipped'. 4 days passed. I emailed sales asking for a tracking number. No response. I called and was told that the order has not shipped, that there was a 'problem with my card' (there wasn't), and that the person who can help me 'usually strolls in about 11a'.nnNo one reached out that there was a problem. No email saying there was any issue. If I had not called, would they have kept my money and not said anything?nnTotally unacceptable service. Never using nor recommending Excel in the future.
