I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company! So honest and truthful with very fair prices and bike comes completely assembled. The bike I purchased was listed as certified preowned and it is literally brand new. Perfect condition!!! Thank you, I’m looking forward to my next bike purchase very soon!

Amazing customer service! Talked to several team members and each one was great. Good resale value for selling and great prices when you are buying. Was nervous about shipping some of my bikes and it was not bad at all!

The Pro's Closet offers the simplest, smoothest online platform through which to sell your previously loved equipment. Every interaction I had with team members was positive and informative. If you are looking to offload an older frame, bike computer, etc. seriously consider contacting TPC. They're the best! Additionally, their ever-evolving offering of used equipment boasts exceptional value and diversity. Consider investing in one of their CPO bikes in lieu of purchasing something new.

Really great experience. Found the perfect mountain bike at a great price. I needed to change the shipping info right after purchase because of some apartment related stuff so i called them up. They sorted it out immediately and I had the bike the next day. (helps that I live 30 minutes form Boulder). The bike was in pristine condition when it arrived. Also, had an issue with the cassette about 3 weeks after purchase and they didn't hesitate to offer reimbursement for any repairs needed.nWould defiantly recommend buying form these guys.
