Could be better cleaned and kept, but a ok place to live. Close to Wal-Mart and gas staion and a decint distant from Adams State college

Ken is a self righteous piece of human excrement! He seems to think that he can treat people in campers the same as he treats his mobile home tenants! Saying they have to give a 30 day notice before leaving, and then trying to charge them for an entire month, because they weren't out by 12 noon on the 5th day of the month! Which in fact they had told the previous manager 45 days in advance they would be leaving on the 5th! Plus the entire park is over run by ferral cats, garbage, and drugs!
