Absolutely love this hotel!! The staff go above and beyond to make your stay a great experience. The housekeeper even remembered what coffee we liked and brought it back to us to make sure we got it. I was shocked.nnThe hotel is modern and has beautiful lobby and breakfast area. The rooms have their own Keurig and pods and are very clean and functional. The bed was comfortable and clean and the bathroom was well stocked with towels and immaculately clean.nnAll of the staff were more than helpful and always had a smile on their face- a lot of hotels could take a page from this hotel's staff book for customer service.nnVery nice hotel, excellent staff, great location as you can walk to most restaurants, in a great area in close proximity to Great Sand Dunes National Park.nnAnd at least than $300 for two adults for three nights, I consider it a steal. We will be back!
We stayed here for the night before heading to Wolf Creek for the day. The rooms were very clean and the staff was both friendly and helpful. The price is affordable, too! They have a breakfast bar that opened at 6:30 which we made sure to stop by before heading out. We will definitely be back!
I would give them one more extra star if it was possible. Everything was on point, they excelled all our expectations. Shannon in the front desk walked the extra mile to make our stay unforgettable. Loreen also took the initiative without us having to ask. She knew beforehand what we needed and we believe these are tremedous skills and work ethics. We loved our breakfast, thank you for not taking it away. Great team!!!
My husband and I stayed here a couple of weeks ago and the room was very clean,comfortable and quiet! The employee's are all very friendly. Great indoor pool and jacuzzi!
After pricing a hotel in Alamosa, a friend in Monte Vista texted and said to check this hotel. I called and s and reached a polite young man who said he would reserve a room for us. We stayed 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean room and friendly staff. The owner was working and was very friendly. Teased my mom with her walker and looked after all the guests. Highly recommend!!!
