This is the worst place on earth to rent at. Trailers are death traps and landlord is the true definition of a slumlord! Unless you want to live in an unsafe and dangerous place avoid this dump at all costs! Manager is a looneytune and liar and doesn’t have a decent bone in her body! As for paying my bills I still have receipts for every single month we were there! Bills get paid - Repairs never made! Looney manager is a liar a fraud and a thief!

Hi joice? This is Ricky and tasha the handyman u called to look at fixing your trailers. I apoligize Been trying to get ahold of you to see when we could maybe start getten to work for you and go over oyr pricing for each job and this is the last way we know we could try to reach you ...all we need is piping glue and havent heard from you. Hope everything is ok and well....if you got someone else by now thats ok . but if u can call snd ley us know what your plan is for us that would be great if not its ok but we do have to move on to other jobs that been waiting on us cuz we waiting on you... hope everythi g is ok and to hear from you soon thank you...

Worst place ever. Property is what I fell in love with . Who running this mhp makes me want to leave fast. Dont ever work for them!!!

This place is a deathtrap. The electricity, plumbing and heating are not up to code and very dangerously rigged.
