Customer service was fantastic, very helpful and knowledgeable on all sporting goods. The prices were beyond fair and excellent. I will always get my rentals through this amazing establishment and for all my friends, they have the cheapest tune and waxing prices.
I felt a little confused in your store, while looking at ski Jackets, by the whole sorting method. If I remember correctly, it seemed to jump around from women's to men's and sizing. I couldn't just gone in on what o was looking for. The ski pants seemed confusing on the sizing order as well. Not a huge issue, and not a deterrent. Other than that, it's a great store.
Very friendly and patient staff, who helped kit out my new-to-snowboarding brother in law and my 6 year old daughter with a mix of new and used equipment. Fantastic customer service. Highly recommend.
Awesome Customer Service in a day where customer service has pretty much disappeared.
I like this place a lot. I tell everyone about it. The service is awesome . The only thing is that I have noticed a real hike in their prices which super bums me out. I want to shop here guys, keep your prices lower and I will keep talking you up.
