Very good customer service. All around great experience would recommend to all.

This shop really takes care of you! I was waiting on a bike part that was back ordered and unable to ride, so they set me up on one of their demos! They are incredibly helpful, will always do what is right for the bike. Highly recommend this shop!

Bicycle outfitters is a great place to go and get components, bikes, and gear to keep you on the trail. They are very polite and they don't treat you like you're business. They treat you like a friend. Their bikes are well priced and offer a good variety. Almost all of the bikes there have air suspension (anything over a thousand dollars). They sell more Salsa, and Rocky Mountain bikes but are more affordable than some other shops. 5 out of 5 very well done.
