Montrose is lucky to have such a high quality bike shop! Because of them, I have found a passion for mountain biking again as Kent and team have taught me so much about the mechanics of my bike. They are patient and answer even the simplest questions I have. This has given me confidence to bike on trails and now take my 9 and 10 year old too!nLast year we purchased a hitch bike rack from Papa Wheelie's and unfortunately one large bump and the bike rack essentially fell apart. Kent made it right instantly and went above and beyond to assure we had a bike rack which met our needs and was durable for CO roads. When I forgot how to take it off (3 months later with winter months), he had no problem showing me once again. Thank you!!
I had a very positive experience. I was greeted at the curb to drop off my tires to have new rubber and tubes put on. The gentleman was very polite and helpful in explaining what you had to offer. I got the text to let me know the order was ready. I went in to the shop and was greeted very kindly and positively. The conversation was genuine and made me feel very welcome. I got the wheels handed to me and wow, what a great job. The wheels looked like a million bucks. I was then asked where I was going to ride. I just said wherever. The clerk then proceeded to tell me some good areas to ride are since I am newer to Montrose. I will be back and recommend anyone to Papa Wheelie's. I will be back!!!!
