Small, comfortable room. Tiny bathroom. Super clean. Good AC and TV. Bed very comfortable. Not many outlets but we had an extension cord and power strip with us so it wasn't a problem.. Friendly, family owned motel. Will stay here again.

Very reasonable, clean and comfortable. Lady at front desk was very friendly. She took her time welcoming us late at night, AND she was also kind enough to give us tour pamphlets AND recommendations of local points of interest. I did mention to her that my family and I were really pleased and satisfied overall, with our stay and also that we are definitely coming back to stay here again soon. Thank you for everything.

Rooms are dirty. Have bugs. Check underneath your sheets before you get in. I was on my phone and I felt something and it was a cricket! Owners are unprofessional. Take your money elsewhere. I'm surprised this place is still going. It's because they scam you. They act all nice once that card is ran, the second you check in they are mean. Stuck up couple. I'd give zero stars if I could. Never staying again.

Would, and WILL, stay again and again! The hostess was a bit salty and over cautious but that was EXACTLY what I was looking for! I was terrified making my trek from Austin, TX to Portland about eating, getting gas and, most importantly, stopping for the night. My first night at a La Quinta, which I thought would be fine, was a sanitary disaster so I was willing to sleep in my car. A business I stopped at recommended Cozy Inn and I am so thankful! I knew I was in the right place immediately due to the hostess questioning me and wiping EVERYTHING down with clorox wipes that I had touched after putting them through a narrow slot! I was terrified that I would undo 5 months of being at home 24/7 while trying to safely get to my family in Oregon. The motel is old but meticulously cared for. I could not have made the room any cleaner! The previous night I drowned all surfaces in a La Quinta in industrial sanitizer and slept on my own linens. Cozy Inn had not so much as a speck of dust! I drive that route at least twice a year and will add another trip because I won't fly and I will stop at Cozy Inn Each. And. Every. Time!

Excellent place to stay in Cortez. Rooms are clean and simple and equipped with a.c. and flat screen TVs with some premium channels. Pool and hot tub area are clean. The hotel managers are very nice and accommodating.
