We were happy to be able to find lodging here as much of the town was sold out! The person behind the counter was very nice and personable. He said this was the first night all season that his hotel was sold out! Our room seemed like perhaps it was one that had been vacant since the COVID shutdown of 2020! A little dusty, and the whole place could use an update, but overall this was a good value.

Was not happy at all. TV wasn't working and when I asked for it to be fixed for the second time, the boy working let me know it would take hours and said it wit attitude like I was bothering him. So we packed up and went across the street to the Hampton Inn. Much better service

My room was clean, no bed bugs or signs of them. I spent the entire week sick in the hotel room from being so high up in elvation, I was very comfortable and spent my time sleeping, I was able to sleep without anyone being super noisy,nWe needed run to the Walmart pharmacy and leave our dog in room for 15 minutes, let staff know and they assured me nobody would be coming in. Happy knowing my dog was safe inside we went got me medicine... came back my door wide open! My dog opened the door from inside ( he fantastic at opening all doors he a trained washout service animal)ud83dude10, staff was awesome and watched from a distance made sure he stayed inside, as which he did stay inside like a good boy. Scared heck outta me but staff handled situation like champions!!!nSuper clean, very friendly and amazing customer service that goes above and beyond . We will definitely be staying here again when we visit next year.

This place was awesome! Customer service was great, I originally went to another motel across the street and they treated me like garbage. It was a breath of fresh air when I went to Econo Lodge and they treated me like a person rather than another room number. I couldn't recommend this place enough. I will definitely come back when I'm back in town.

The owner was super nice!! The room we stayed in was very roomy and nice. Beds were comfortable and had a microwave and mini fridge. I will stay here every time we come to Cortez. I highly recommend especially for the price!
