We stayed at Sundance October 2020. It is one of the few RV parks that remain open . It was in the middle of town with easy access from the highway and convenient to downtown area as well as Sand Dunes and Mesa Verde.. The site was clean, level and had plenty of space. Wanda was very helpful when making reservations. The brochure provided was so organized with all the numbers written down such as shower code ,WiFi password and direct TV channels.nWe would stay again.nCarla Walker

Very clean RV Park. Spot was level. Bathhouse was very clean and well taken care of. The water for the shower was nice and hot. Individual showers with doors that lock. Pet friendly. Quiet area. We will be visiting again in the future.

This is a great campground conveniently located right in town. It's an older campground so it has beautiful mature trees that provide shade for most of the spots and the sites are roomy. We were there first part of October to do some mountain biking and made reservation one day in advance, and when we got there they assigned us a site in the front right by the road. We complained so they were very nice to find us another spot for the first 2 nights, then they were able to give us 3 more nights due to a cancellation. They gals in the office were most helpful and friendly. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is the internet service was spotty, especially after moving to the center pull through spot. The giant class C may have blocked it. Think we will invest in a hot spot or booster in the future. Also, there is a great Mexican restaurant right next door that has ample outdoor seating.nThe best chili rellenos !!

We visited 4 different RV Parks in our trip. It was winter. This RVPark was by far the best we stayed at. Showers and bathrooms clean. The park was beatiful.

Surprisingly nice rv park in the middle of the city. No pool, no playground, dog walk area but it's not enclosed. Gravel lots but they're pretty level. Staff is super nice. $5 to wash your own vehicle on site (versus no washing of vehicles allowed at other campgrounds we've been to). Convenient location close to everything in town (walmart, safeway etc). Cortez visitor center across the street. We've been boondocking for weeks and it was nice to just plug in and relax. All sites are full hook up. Quite a few shade trees around the campgroung.
