Convenient location. Decent rooms. Firm mattresses. Day staff very friendly. Evening front desk didn't seem to care much. Had to get keys reactivated for the second day.
I can honestly say this was one of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever tried to sleep in. It was like a piece of wood with a futon on top of it. It was so uncomfortable that I slept in my car in the parking lot instead of the bed... I attempted to get my money refunded to no avail. Now I have to drive 6 hours to Denver with almost no sleep thanks to this dump. Go to the Best Western next door, I wish I did.
I stayed at Super 8s throughout New Mexico and Colorado and this one was my favorite. The staff was nice, the rooms were clean, and you can walk to the store right across the street. Good price too!
WORST HOTEL EVER. They gave us a room first. Its bathroom was dirty. It was full of STOOL, real ones. Besides, I couldn't touch the curtains and windows. They were too dirty and dusty. They changed our room. The 2nd one was exactly the same except for bathroom. All the room were very dirty, dusty. I really do not know how this hotel gets a cleaning score. I wish I could give -10000... i wanted to call reception but the phone was not working. The guys at reception didn't care about us. They were not wearing masks at all. I can keep writing.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Staff members were accommodating and kind, BUT wrong key was initially issued to an already occupied room(so embarrassing). When we got a different room the flooring was coming off while walking around the room, wall molding was falling off the wall, toilet would leak from the floor with any sort of pressure on it, towel rack did not fit and would fall out of the bracket, AC unit did not work :(
