This is a great bike shop! I try to stop in every time I pass through Cortez. The staff is courteous and helpful and the store stocks a great many items. They are also knowledgeable about local trails, so if you are unsure which ride is best suited for when you are in town, just pop in and ask!
I had a brand new bike it was dropping the chain, I was in the Cortez area to ride the trails. I had Eli look at it and he cured it, what a great shop. I can highly recommend Kokopelli Bikes!!
These guys stayed open late for us on a Saturday and when they didn’t have the part we needed in stock, they took it off a bike on the floor to make sure we had what we needed to get back on the trail. Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had!!!
They had the parts to get my bike back on the trails, friendly, good service, they were very covid 19 safe,
Had an electronic switch issue with my eMTB. Went to see Eli the Mechanic. The outcome is that my whip is now fixed. Doubt that I have ever experienced better customer service at a Bike Shop. Thanks Eli...!
