I have been here for 8 days and the staff here have been fantastic. They have went above and beyond what I have ever experienced at any other hotel. Addison, who is one of the managers has been most helpful with letting me know where to eat and places to see. You could not ask for a better place to stay.
I had such a wonderful time. And the beds were super comfy. Guest service was super kind and gave us good tips on where to shop in town. I accidently left my pet steps there, and they made sure to help ship it to me, which was really awesome of them. Will definitely return!
I was really impressed by how nice this hotel was, until I dropped something on the floor and saw how dirty the carpets were. There were piles of almonds along the edge of the bed.
We had stayed here on a previous occasion and it was just as wonderful. The rooms are immaculately clean. Customer service is amazing. During covid they ensure they sanitize everything, key cards, counter tops, door handles...anything that you might touch they clean. Super friendly and helpful staff. Even during this hard time they still gave me my military discount. If you are traveling to Colorado and need a place to rest, this is it! This will always be the place I stay for sure! Thank you guys for being so awesome!
What a wonderful stay! Excellent staff & clean spacious rooms! Only complaint I may have is they need to paint a yellow line across the step up to hot tub...Will definitely return when I am in the area again. Felt very safe, during this Pandemic
