Clean, neat room in an excellent location in town. The lady at the dask was over the top nice and helpful. I had a truck and enclosed trailer I wanted to keep safe. She went out out of her way to find the room i could park closest to along with assuring me of the safety there with the security and many cameras.

We are from Houston Texas, stayed here one night. Very friendly service, informative, rooms very clean. Will come back in March and stay here again. Rates are very reasonable. Thank you.

The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The lady working the check in desk was very friendly and helpful. Only draw back could hear outside traffic, it is located close to I 25

I had planned a last minute trip to drive from Colorado to Texas. After driving 13 hours, we decided it would be best to stop in Trinidad for a nights stay. I saw this place and their rooms looked okay and I liked the affordable pricing.nWhen I got there, I was surprised to find no one at the front desk(it was early afternoon still during normal business hours). I rang the bell several times with no response. After waiting for 10 minutes, I decided I’d try to call the front desk to see if their maybe a booking line or something. The phone started ringing and to my surprise, someone got up from the office behind the front desk to answer the phone (there is a big window separating the two so I could easily see and hear them). They were there the whole time but ignoring everyone at the front desk (including another couple who was there before me). After the lady answered the phone and I told her I was looking at her from the front desk, she was shocked and decided she’d finally walk up to answer my questions about booking. At that point, I was no longer interested. Find somewhere else with better service !

I stayed during the Trinidaddio blues festival and the location is awesome! I discovered it on my own 420 tour and I keep going back. The managers are cool and very accommodating, but they could put some chocolate in the welcome bag. Anyhow, this place is close to everything. Park and walk and forget you have a car until you decide to drive up Colorado Hwy 12, that is.
