Be careful ordering online from this business. I am in the process of returning an item and they are not returning calls. I will write another review if they start communicating but at this point they seem like they could use a class in customer service!
Excellent service and honest family ownership. They are truly in the bicycle business for the joy of riding for others. Trinidad is very fortunate to have these guys servicing the area.
Not at all impressed with this place. I ordered a product online from them. When it arrived it was not the same product they had listed for sale. I sent them messages with photos of what I received, but both Jimmy & Chris at USN rudely told me I got what I ordered. Then when I returned them they did not refund shipping. Luckily eBay discovered they were in the wrong and refunded the shipping cost. Needless to say I would not do business with USN.
The place in town to go for all your bike needs to purchase a bike or get one maintained.
