Like most REIs this place provides great customer service. I've had a couple bicycles overhauled in their bike shop and had a great experience every time. Douglas in the bike shop has been particularly helpful, not only fixing up my bikes but giving me useful advice.

Excellent location and usually have stuff you need.
They got good quality work pants. But they'rennot cheap. Also don't try to find a pair of Romeos here or any work boot type of shoes, the staff told me directly that they don't sell that type of footwear. Only hiking and climbing shoes.
This is my go-to place for everything outdoors. I have many items from REI and love them all. The ones I haven't loved? Returns are accepted within a year of purchase for members, no questions asked. You can't go wrong.
