I had a printed confirmation with the price of $112.61. Trinity decided upon checking to change the price. I had already stayed there once already that week, my government employee ID was valid for discounted rate. Trinity upped my rate another $54.15. Buyer Beware, they do NOT honor the confirmed price you booked for your stay.
Friendly staff, great location, plenty of parking, clean, quiet, family friendly. The only downside was the limited COVID breakfast: Breakfast bag with an omelett, granola bar, apple and muffin. Definitely coming back here when staying in Durango.
Took care of us in a pinch after a nasty situation at another hotel...took the extra effort to find us rooms that we needed...counter person was excellent!! Trinity was extremely helpful.. highly recommend!!
Clean and quiet. We loved our 3 days here.
Great service. Kevin who took good care of me and my wife. He is what a professional needs to do is take care of his guest and that's what he did. He works the front desk.
