I Gave 3 stars because the rooms were clean and the service was friendly. However, this is really more of a motel than a hotel. Spa was closed for renovation, hot tub and pool were not clean and the whole pool area looked pretty run down. The beds are very firm, if you like a firm bed your in the right place! If your like me and it causes you back pain, you will want to bring a pad of some kind. Also,nSome of the picture in the Google reviews are of different Best Western hotels in the area.
Good place if you're staying over night. Not great for more than one day. Super friendly staff. Needs to be updated in my opinion.
Clean and quiet room.
Toilet couldn't flush, water filled tank was to slow, took almost 20 minutes
Love the staff and rooms. Pool is great too! I will always stay here when visiting Durango
