This hotel is a great place to stay. Not only is it quiet and clean the two gentleman who run the office make you feel welcome. I am battling cancer and I get such a quiet rest here. The prices are affordable also.
Budget inn implies affordable so rooms met expectations. The staff however where all awesome friendly folks. Great location to head north up the highway, decently close to Mesa Verde and Canyons of the Ancients. Ill probably stay again next time.
Me and my friends rode our motorcycles from Arizona for a 3 day weekend and stayed at this place. They were all very nice and made our stay very comfortable. Thank you for all you done and hard work there and definitely stay again when we go back.
Pool is filled with gravel.. not so fun to swim in.. ud83dude09 Staff is great. The rooms are priced a little high but it is the peak time of year right now so it's understandable. Laundry mat across the street is definitely a bonus! All in all a high B+ ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Yuck. Dirty. There was a nasty dirty towel in the shower. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. We should have gotten out money back.
