Jeff and Pat went above and beyond our expectations! We enjoyed starting each day with a fantastic breakfast in the sunroom while watching the birds just outside in the garden! The property is a hidden gem! Tucked away just outside of town with plenty of room to explore or relax while taking in the beautiful Colorado scenery. Close to parks and trails. Each evening we were warmly welcomed back with freshly baked cookies! After a full day of exploring we greatly appreciated the oh so comfortable bed with fresh clean linens! All of the little details are taken care of so we could enjoy our stay! This place made our trip to Durango! Wonderful people in a beautiful setting on 10 acres of land that back up to a national forest! 5-10 minutes from anything in town. Breakfast was amazing and we couldn't ask for a nicer B&B experience!
Best lodging experience ever! So quiet and relaxing! Everything was fabulous from continental breakfast to walk-in shower to chocolate chip cookies for bedtime snack! This B&B is the best of the best! Oh, and the bed is so comfortable and everything is very clean!
Gem of a find in Durango. Only a few minutes from all the downtown restaurants, shops, and activities, but a world removed in terms of privacy and quiet. The property was immaculate, and our hosts were friendly and treated us very well. My family has stayed in many B&B's in the US and Europe, and Hidden Valley is right up there with the best of them. Highly recommended.
This place is set in the forest yet just five minutes drive to downtown Durango. The couple running the B&B are really welcoming and make you feel at home. If you're a light sleeper like me you'll enjoy the quiet nights where no human noises can be heard from outside. The house is only a few years old and everything is clean and fresh.
