The front desk lady was so kind to my family! I really appreciate her. The room is cozy and the beds are really nice. There is a microwave and fridge. A nice flat screen tv. For the price paid it is worth it. Thank you again so so much!

The one star is for the coffee only. First thing was the odor. It almost made your eyes water. Smelled like very bad BO and pine sol. Our room had no towels, and when I went to the office to ask for towels they brought them to the room, knocked, and left them on the dirty hallway floor. We had to ask for clean towels the next day as the housekeeper skipped our room. The temp in the room was impossible to regulate. The AC was extremely loud. The floor was tacky... Bring house shoes. There were stains on the bed linens...I have pics. So basically, if you can afford another place, it's bound to be better.

We regret booking here. In the interest of time, this is not a concise list of everything we didn't like about Motel Durango. These are simply the top 3 actionable complaints: 1- We were awoken at 8 AM from a knock from the cleaning crew. We were kept awake when they vacuumed until 8:30 in the hallway. 2- Neither of the rooms we stayed in had a working fan that could have drowned out the noise from neighbors and cleaning staff. We didnt sleep well at all. 3- Both rooms had crud that may have been biological on the furniture. This would be a good motel for someone who mainly needs a shower and doesn't want to sleep in. The soaps smelled nice.nnFeedback for management: have your staff vacuum hallways AFTER checkout and before check in. That is the reason there is a gap! If you want to clean at all hours, why have a gap?! Your guests might want to sleep past 8 AM. If I wanted to wake up that early on the weekend, I might as well go in to work!

Better than we expected, clean and friendly staff. Bed and shower pressure was awesome! Enjoyed the bridge and creek out back. We had two mule deer walk 20 feet in front of us... that was super cool!
