Highly recommend for a quick stop through town! Fair prices for sure, with updated and clean rooms. Friendliest staff, super comfortable bed (I slept like a baby) and an honest-to-god hot tub that came in very handy to soak away a few hundred miles on the motorcycle. Super super close to old town Durango and a ton of great restaurants.
Attentive receptionists. Great location. Awesome breakfast buffet. The only thing is they have shared heating and it got so hot in my room last night I couldn't sleep. That's my fault though I should have looked to turn it down. It was just do cold when we got in!
My review may be so high because we stayed in a terrible place the night before but we had a huge room with two king beds and pull out couch. It was clean and the guy checking us in was friendly and actually following mask protocol. Great value for the $.
We had an emergency, during a pandemic, 70 miles into the mountains, with my service dog...nBill and the staff here were amazing.nThey helped me change my reservations at the last minutes, and the staff took excellent care of us for a full week.nThe rooms are IMMACULATE and the housekeeping staff is detailed and effective and friendly. As a woman who travels for work, feeling safe is important to me. Well-maintained and well-lit grounds, everything in perfect working order. Great attitude from everyone and the owners introduced themselves to me, a lovely couple who really Care.nnStay here. It's a great place for an affordable price.
Hotel was fine. Worth 3 or 4 for the money. Paid extra for free breakfast which was cancelled due to covid. Feel its a large enough company to update that before my stay
