The best part of this hotel is location. It is close to downtown (1 block). The hotel has the pool inside which is great until several kids are screaming and thats all you can hear. The bathroom was the main problem and it was due to the draining of the tub and sink. Taking a shower the tub drains so slow that by the time you finish your in ankle deep water....
Be warned if traveling with pets. We paid $20 extra via Priceline for a pet-friendly room thinking that was the extent of the up charge, only to check in at the hotel and be told that there would be an additional $30 fee! My guess is this happens to the front desk folks a lot because the man was less than kind about the situation. We cancelled our reservation and went elsewhere.
