New hotel in an ideal location with a great view.nnI really enjoyed my stay at this new and very clean hotel. It's in an ideal location and close to everything (shopping and restaurants). Love the wall-mounted body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower instead of wasteful small bottles. The small details make the difference including ledges in shower as well as heat lamp in the bathroom. Really appreciate that the firmness level is marked on the pillowcases. Very friendly and helpful staff! Additionally, staff was wearing masks at all times.
This Staff went a above and beyond. Not only did we have a good night rest in a clean room. I personally left some very important equipment in the room. They had it ready for us but since we were no longer in the area. The team at the hotel shipped it us our home two states away. We gladly paid for the shipping. Thank you for the great service!!!nnDean
This Hotel is new. With Covid, some of the amenities would be expected to be closed. If you look at Curtis' profile, all he does is leave negative feedback. This hotel is very nice and is in a great place. I plan on staying again in December!
Our stay was excellent. To the person who left 2 negative reviews, there is no mask law. It is Unconstitutional Edict. Quit being a Karen and live uiur life and turn off the news. They're lying to you.nnWill stay again!
Broken elevatorsnManagement doesn't obey mask laws(Durango Order 2020-08 and Colorado Order D 2020-138) and will come around the counter to talk and stand inches from you despite backing away from them.nAmenities are false.nBait and switch rooms.
