I had an issue with my eMTB. John's help was prompt and professional. There is no wonder why MBS is the best bike shop in the Durango area.
The service went above and beyond for me during a recent visit to Durango. With only two days to ride during my visit I had the rear brake on my bike quit working. The guys at the bike shop were able to squeeze my bike in for the repair. The price was reasonable, they did great work. Thanks for getting me back out on the trail, guys.

Stopped in about a flat repair and made it clear we were traveling. The staff member offered no solution and this business has no priority protocol for travelers which is quite sad. In my line of work travelers with issues like tires go straight to the front of the line, because we never know if they may become a new bike buyer.nnThank you for the response to my review. Sadly you had one chance to make an impression and you failed. Your staff offered no solution. Would it of hurt to say hey can you pull your wheel and we’ll fix it. Or hey we’ll loan you some tire spoons and sell you a tube. Or let us call a few other places to see if they can get you in. Or can you leave it with us for an hour? Let this be a lesson...I hope if you ever have troubles on the road you’ll get decent service from whoever you look to for help.
Really great shop with incredible customer service. With everything going on I had some trouble with my bikes shipment and when the bike finally arrived, these guys really saved the day. I really appreciate all you do!
