Here for a vacation from Texas. This place is great from top to bottom. The staff is amazing, the view from our 10th floor room is amazing as well. Understandable, with Denver on high alert from COVID, the hotel follows these guidelines perfectly. The things they could not offer did not diminish our stay one bit. Everything is clean, and as I stated already, the staff is incredible.nGreat hotel, great value.
I wanted this to be a better experience than it was. There were some extremely rude potsmokers on my floor and the staff did nothing except tell us we could move. We shouldn't have to move because our neighbors are breaking the law.
it was great. very clean...the bathroom fire extinguisher was not fully trimmed after installation, but no big deal. plenty of parking and absolutely incredible views.
Night audit was wonderful great personality and absolutely beautiful she deserves a raise
The hotel is in relatively decent shape, but there are usually homeless people hanging around outside and twice that I have stayed there, there have been pipes leaking through ceilings in conference rooms or the restaurant. It has great potential, but the owners need to put money into real repairs (rooms and entire building) and security.
