We had the 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect for our family of 5.nnIt was right off I-25 so easy to access from the freeway.nnThe staff was very friendly and the room was very clean and new.nnIt also has a full kitchen which is an added bonus.nnIt looks like it may have been an old apartment complex that was converted into a hotel.nnRegardless, it was a nice stay!
The staff is new at the moment, they are inadequately trained, and have a bit of an attitude. When I first checked in they couldn't find my reservation, so i set up a new reservation which resulted in me getting charged for not showing up for the first reservation. The second reservation was supposed to be for 2 weeks, they apperantly made it for 1 and then once the first week was up they proceeded to pull money from my account without any kind of notification. The manager can be nice at times but loves to cut you off and talk to you as if you dont know what you're talking about. All in all I'd say the experience has been mediocre at best. They all could use more training and the new people shouldn't be left alone considering at times they are dealing with large quantities of their patrons money. I would reccomend this place only after the front desk crew has been trained properly.
The place is very good for family with kids. This is the first time I get a corner room in this type of hotels of Marriott and I think from now on I will request it if possible. It gave me the extra privacy I wanted and was not expecting. I requested a clean before my last day and they did it and good. The reception people I dealt with very nice and helpful.
Pool was closed and breakfast is basic to-go bag. Otherwise, no problems: tidy clean unit, and cozy too, and fitness center is open. Many food options closed by.
Really a great place to lay your head for the night. We had a two-bedroom suite with a fold-out couch, which was perfect for our family of 4 (2 of which are teen boys that were grateful to have their own beds and TVs). We also had a full kitchen and access to a lot of cool kitchen gadgets at the front desk. Super clean facility and friendly staff.nnMy only change would be to have a sound machine or ear plugs. There was no way to drown out the street noise all night.
