I had been traveling all day, and had stopped by two other hotels prior to landing safely here.nnAt the other hotels the front desk staff couldn't have been more rude, which is why I left them both. The moment that I walked into this place, the young lady behind the counter was beyond helpful and understanding, and I just can't say enough about the help she provided for my particular situation.nnThis company's employees are their gold.nnFriendly, Clean, Convenient. I highly(!) recommend.
Chloe the front desk girl was pleasant and checked us in quickly with a late night and 5 minute prior booking on line.
For our Anniversary we decided to do, as we called it, a Staycation at the Court Yard Marriott down the street from us. It was such a great experience. I have a broken leg, in a brace, so I was able to get a wheelchair accessible room. The bonus was that they had a lift for the pool and hot tub. I questioned going in the hot tub. But just so happened there was a doctor that was at the pool and he just told me to keep my core temperature down and I should be fine. Yea!! The people (Orlando) at the Marriott were so friendly and helpful. I recommend them for a night away.
Thank goodness I was referred to Orlando Martinez!! Our suite had a beautiful view of the city and every single staff member at the hotel was welcoming and helpful in every way. I will definitely stay here again.
Nice and clean. Hot coffee in the lobby in the morning.nThe hotel is a very short walk to a couple of dining options as well.
