Sites are very tight, dead grass, cement sites, lots of rules.
This RV Park was great for a 2 night stay but not the best for bigger rigs. We have a 42' grand design solitude and a dually truck which was very hard to fit on the slab. I would of not felt comfortable staying longer due to the possibility of someone being careless and hitting the end of our rig. I would definitely recommend longer slabs or specific spots for rigs 40 and over. Besides that everything is great. Convenient location, nice grass & tables, and more.
Great place right on the base of the foothills. Great ladies in the office and the golf cart guys are helpful AND friendly! We will definitely stay here again. Such a clean and beautiful place.
Not a bad park at all. Reasonably level paved parking pads but a tad narrow. Many pull-thru sites although the back-in sites seem a bit more spacious. Every site has some grass, although not always particularly level, and a picnic table. Looks like a nice pool but closed when we visited. A small but nice children's play area is near the office.
Do you like loud motorcycles all night long? Do you like a music stage facing the park from across the street? Then you'll love this place! Don't bother trying to sleep. Spots are close. It's a bummer that there are so few places to park in Denver metro.
