I live in this Park. Lot rent is $900 and they rarely do anything. Law enforcement is non-existant. Roads are in bad shape. I have a nice little corner and try not to let the rest get to me.
Could NOT leave fast enough, pulled up and the neighbors sewage tank is leaking, they have a salad bowl full of human waist right out side my front door!! And let me tell you the SMELL should be criminal, it was awful!!!! Dog waist everywhere! In the one day I was here I saw two dogs running around off leash - BOTH Pits!!!! I would not wish this place on my worst enemy!!!
Ridiculous lot fees. Standard trailer park scam.
Glad the road has been repaired. Makes it nicer to visit.
A bit outdated, but there is also plenty of things to enjoy here. Location is great, up in the hill and the views are good. There is also a community center with a pool, which it is also available to rent if needed. I think that this is where the renovations are needed, there is old furniture and paint and it just looks old, if this was given an upgrade it would be a great place to celebrate different events.
