Very quaint, cozy, and clean inn, with excellent service. We had a wonderful breakfast each morning, with a bit of the history included whilst eating. The others in our party stayed at a big hotel, and they did not have the special experience that we did. If/when we go back to Golden, we will certainly stay here again!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this B&B while we were in town for vacation.(July 2018)He picked it as something different than just our normal hotels. It was a lovely place Judy is amazing! She makes you feel at home even when you're away from home. Her recommendation for dinner in the area are great, we enjoyed the pizza we got. Judy makes an amazing breakfast as well! She really loved that my boyfriend is a history teacher and they really got into some interesting conversations about Wild Bill. I highly recommend staying here. I look forward to our next stay in Golden!

We came to take the haunted history tour of Golden and wanted to stay the night too, and decided to stay at Pansy's, it looked cozy & historic. Judy is such a kind hostess, and we loved chatting with her when we arrived and at breakfast the next morning. This place takes you back in time, it’s full antiques, and all of Judy’s stories about Golden, and the home are fascinating. Her tales of the past are just amazing, she makes a wonderful & delicious breakfast. We loved seeing and learning so much about the past!

Forget air bnb! Forget VRBO! Forget Hotels! If you’re planning a trip to Golden, Pansy’s Parlor is THE place to stay! Because it’s more than just a place to stay – it’s a wonderful experience! I lived in Colorado for many years and visited Golden often, but the stories told at breakfast by the “story teller” were new to me; and conveyed with such humor and detail that I will never forget them. And the breakfasts? Home cooked deliciousness! You feel very special at Judy’s table, and during your entire stay at this lovely historic home. The rooms have everything you need and the beds are so comfortable. Judy and John are warm and welcoming and I look forward to my next visit.

We came to Golden to participate in a haunted history tour, but the unexpected wintry weather led to a cancellation. Luckily, we'd booked a night at Pansy's Parlor, and our time there made up for our botched plans. Judy and John are the kind of people you want to be around. Their B&B is filled with antiques, and they're filled with stories of times past, Golden, and the family who was once in residence. Judy is vivacious and spins captivating tales on all manner of topics, and both she and John are generous with their time and knowledge. As a bonus, Judy makes a delicious multi-coursed breakfast. When you stay, make sure you ask to see the artifacts and the photos!
