Cool shop. Friendly staff. Solid crew. Amazing bikes! I bought the Clash Signature and not only does it tame the bike park, it turns heads. I've never ridden a more stable bike. The founder (Max) is a pretty cool dude too -the company is rider driven from the top down. I'm looking forward to purchasing a Meta TR soon. I've found that you can't beat the value that Commencal offers.
Phone went straight to voicemail multiple times, so I took my lunch to go over here. The rep was nice, but couldn’t be bothered to help me. He just told me they didn’t have my size, and offered no other options or help, he clearly had better things to do.
Had an issue with the novatech hub that came on my bike that caused the freewheel to seize. The conversation between novatech and commencal took some time but after they were able to pinpoint the issue, Commencal’s mechanic was able to get my bike working again within a day.nnOverall pretty happy with the customer service and the fact they were willing to work with me on multiple occasions to get the bike fixed.
The guys at Commencal Golden CO are great! I had a problem with my mountain bike derailleur on a Friday afternoon. I swung by the shop without an appointment. They made a few adjustments, tightened up a few loose connections, put a new chain on, and gave it a test ride. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great product, great service, very happy customer! I'm ready for the weekend.
Customer service is second to none! I had a small manufacturer's defect on one of the parts, I contacted them and they sent me a new part ASAP! And the bicycle is amazing as well. Highly recommend doing business with these guys.
