Recently called the Golden Bike Shop to ask questions that would help me decide the best bike for my riding style, goals, and the type of trails in my area. I had once lived in Colorado but now live elsewhere, so that ruled me out of being able to buy a bike there as they don’t ship out of state. However Clay was more than willing to spend a great deal of time helping me narrow down my decisions and even brought up several great points I hadn’t considered (or found at other bike shops even in my local area.) I still have a ton of friends who like to bike back in Colorado, and I will make sure to tell them to check out Golden Bike Shop. They were super knowledgeable, carry great brands, and helped me solve two weeks of trying to figure out what type of bike to get. Sometimes all it takes is talking with someone who is willing, and who has knowledge. Highly recommend anyone visit them!

Great rental service. Emailed ahead of time and they made sure weight, height and pedal preference were taken care of. Quick and easy pick up as well as a little bit of free Labor to swap a cassette on another bike of ours.

I wish I could give this place more stars! This is an amazing local bike shop full of avid riders who make it their sole mission to get you on your dream bike. They offer all the information and gear you could ever want and their demo fleet is awesome. If you want to get the perfect bike for your riding style come to this shop, you won’t be disappointed.

Best shop in Colorado! The sales team is highly knowledgeable, personable and always a pleasure to work with for anything. They work with customers not just to make a sale but to understand your goals for riding whether that's racing or just having fun outdoors on a bike. Clay the manager is incredibly helpful, personable and always available to provide top recommendations for a variety of industry topics. Reilly, Chris, and Ryan are some of the most fantastic salesmen I've ever worked with, all providing great recommendations from helmets to headsets. These guys know what you need to enjoy riding mountain bikes to the fullest.nnThe service department is outstanding also, I absolutely will never take my bikes anywhere else. They're pros when it comes to maintenance with suspension (they set the standard in my opinion). My bikes come back feeling like the first day I bought them, plus everyone there is a wealth of knowledge and always willing to provide guidance on keeping your bike in top shape for the long haul.nnDo yourself a favor and give this shop a visit. I promise you won't regret it.

This shop rocks! Big THANKS to the entire team at GBS for meticulously preparing my first new bike in over a decade!!! It looks and rides (so far) like a dream!!nnEven though the entire bike industry is currently blowing up and all the shops in town are super busy, and distributors are sold out of many bikes/ parts; Taylor took the time to answer my barrage of questions, set me up for a demo ride, and ease my reluctance to commit to (what for me is) a significant investment....(your bike should always be worth more than your car right!!??)nnThen the mechanical team deep cleaned the entire bike, rebuilt the front and rear suspension, replaced several parts, even installed my cushcore, in TWO DAYS! When I picked up the bike, Chris methodically reviewed the details and explained the benefits of owning a bike from GBS.nnSooooooo psyched guys that I get to go on my b-day ride today with this amazing piece of Colorado- made engineering!!!nnLooking forward to keeping my new whip in tip top shape with this shop too, so see ya soon for the tune up!nn--n***************************
